Q: Where do I get my ID card from?

A:ÌýTo obtain yourÌýID card or to collect a replacement ID card, please use the following link to book an appointment


Q: Where can I get free water at the IOE?

A:ÌýWater fountains are available in Core B, floors 5-9 along the corridors


Q: Can IÌýbuy food at the IOE?

A: Yes, there are 2 food and drink outlets on site (the IOE Institute Bar and the Level 3 Cafe). You may also wish to consider these links for a good choice of food and drink outlet on campus and nearby:

Q: Is there a faith room at the IOE?

Q: Can I warm up my own food somewhere/is there a microwave?

A: ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Students' Union purchased microwaves for students to warm up their own food (located outside of the IOE Institute Bar)


Q: Where can I eat my own food without having to make a purchase?

A: There are several spaces on and off campus, indoors and outdoors - remember to try out the Social Space on Level 3 (below the IOE Institute Bar). You can also eat your home-made food in the IOE Institute Bar - however, you are not allowed to eat food bought in a shop or other food outlets in the bar - thank you for understanding.Ìý
