Once you've accepted your unconditional offer, you should receive notification of pre-enrolment approximately 2 weeks before your course begins.

Registration/Enrolment: The Essential Steps
Online registration is your initial step, but in-person enrolment is also required. Remember, you'll need to re-register at the beginning of each academic year to maintain your enrolment status. Â
Picking up your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº ID Card
New students and those requiring a replacement ID card must book an appointment through our ID booking card system. Ensure you've received a confirmation email regarding your enrolment before scheduling your appointment. Your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº ID card grants you access to campus buildings, ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº spaces, and university libraries.

is a crucial platform for various services. Ensure that you have student access after completing pre-enrolment. Your department and central ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº teams will send information to your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº email account.
Please ensure that this has been set up correctly and you have access to your email. Once setup, check your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº email on a regular basis for important information. Â
Moodle
is ¹û¶³Ó°Ôºâ€™s virtual learning environment and hosts important information on your programme and department.

Research Log
The is ¹û¶³Ó°Ôºâ€™s online project management and development tool specifically designed for our research students. Keeping a Log is a mandatory part of all research degrees at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº (MPhil/PhD, EngD, DPro (Professional Doctorates) programmes, MD(Res) and MRes). Check your access using your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº ID and password. Â
