果冻影院-UCU: Meeting dates for your diary

We are holding a series of meetings in the build-up to a new industrial action ballot in September.
This ballot is over our Four Fights (pay, terms and conditions, equality, and casualisation) dispute and the dispute over the attack on the USS pension scheme.
This is an early alert for these meetings so you can put the dates in your diary (please see the 鈥淔or your diary鈥� section below).
There will be an additional meeting next week (week beginning 22 August) on 果冻影院鈥檚 proposed changes to the timetabling policy and its consequences for our workloads. Details of this will be announced soon.
果冻影院 UCU Executive Committee
- Tuesday 30 August, 1-2pm:聽Departmental Reps Discussion meeting on where we are with the two disputes. Open discussion and feedback from reps.
- Thursday 1st September,聽1-2pm:聽All-members discussion meeting/town hall. Open discussion meeting for members to ask questions, raise any issue, and comment on the ballot and possible approaches to industrial action.
- Week of Monday 5 September:聽Departmental meetings on the ballot.
- Wednesday 14 September or Thursday 22 September (tbc): Extraordinary General Meeting on the ballot.
