The winners, from across 果冻影院, were announced on Monday 3 April. A full list is below.

The awards, running since 2006-7, highlight the excellent work staff across the university are doing to create a fulfilling student experience and showcase the leadership of our staff within 果冻影院 and nationally.

The awards were made in three categories: Individual Teaching Award, Achievement in Teaching and Award for Team Collaboration. At the panel's discretion, a commendation for leadership was given to three of the recipients.

Winner and Postgraduate Teaching Assistant,听Matthew Scroggs听said:听鈥淚 am thrilled to have won this award. I am very thankful to the Department of Maths for giving its teaching assistants so many opportunities to get involved in teaching and allowing me to become involved in lecturing as well as helping to design the new Python element of the first year course.鈥

Dr Jenny Marie, who won the award for her work as Director of 果冻影院 ChangeMakers, an initiative collaborating staff and students on educational enhancement projects, said: 鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled to win and to see others who have worked on 果冻影院 ChangeMakers projects and the student reviewers scheme get recognised for their work too. I think the awards that have been made this year really validate the importance of students and staff working together to enhance education at 果冻影院. What鈥檚 made it really special on a personal level is how pleased everyone has been for me.鈥

Jessica Gramp, Digital Advisor (BEAMS) in 果冻影院 Digital Education said: "I'm delighted to have received this award in recognition of my work on the E-learning Baseline, Arena programme, the E-Learning Champions Network, improving e-assessment and in particular the work I contributed to the development of Moodle MyFeedback.听It鈥檚 been fantastic to see an idea I helped seed come to fruition and be supported by so many people across 果冻影院 and more widely across the UK, as well as internationally. Receiving local recognition of my work in this way has been an important milestone in my career and I hope it will help to raise the profile of some of these initiatives."听

Professor Dilly Fung, Academic Director of 果冻影院 Arena Centre for Research-based Education, who administer the awards said: "I was so impressed by all of this year's applicants. Excellent work is听being undertaken across all Faculties, including by those who missed out on an award this time. Many individuals and teams are thinking creatively about how their students can become even more actively involved听in the life of the department.听Many are enriching the curriculum with opportunities for students to engage in new ways听with research and professional practice,听and with local and wider 'real world' communities, in the spirit of 果冻影院's Connected Curriculum initiative. Student feedback shows just听how much they gain from these new opportunities."

The awards ceremony will take place on Monday 5 June and all staff are welcome to attend to celebrate colleagues鈥 success. Alongside the Provost鈥檚 Teaching Awards winners, recipients of the 果冻影院U Student Choice Teaching Awards will also be present to collect their awards.
