Hazaar is a marketplace app at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº just for students. Providing a digital platform that allows you to buy and sell your items from other students directly on campus - with no postage or packaging. Ìý

You meet up to deliver your items at designated ‘Hazaar drop off spaces’ on campus saving on postage and packaging, reducing the carbon footprint on campus, while also encouraging students to shop sustainable alternatives. ÌýÌý

ÌýIn addition, Hazaar will host several pop-up markets throughout the year, offering students the opportunity to buy and sell unique items, crafts, and clothes on the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº campus.Ìý

Hazaar is a key initiative within ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº's Sustainability Strategy: Change Possible, which promotes sustainability across our research, teaching, and operations. Through the The Loop campaign, ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº encourages a circular economy by focusing on reuse and recycling whenever possible.Ìý
