I am a second-year PhD candidate in Computer Vision at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº. I hold a BSc in Business Mathematics from the University of Mannheim, and an MSc in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning from ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº. My research interests include machine learning techniques for depth and camera pose estimation for 3D reconstruction. More specifically, I explore techniques for assisting surgeons in navigating and planning within surgical environments. Because ground truth for these environments is rare, I also focus on methods for bridging the gap between synthetic and real data.
