Feeling stressed as you revise for exams and assessments is a very normal experience. We're here to help you discover methods for managing stress and anxiety to prepare for a successful exam season. 

During this interactive workshop, you will learn practical tools you can implement into your academic studies and personal life. Our wellbeing experts will explore the advice and resources provided in the ¹û¶³Ó°ÔºÂ Your Assessment Wellbeing Guide to help you:

  • Identify common signs of exam stress.
  • Use practical tips to manage stress.
  • Maintain a healthy mind and body.
  • Look after yourself before, during and after your exams.
