Building self-worth

"Am I good enough?" is a question many people ask themselves when they arrive at university. As you progress through the academic year, you may experience doubts about your belief in your skills and achievements. This is a very normal experience, and we can teach you techniques for managing these feelings.

In this workshop, our expert speaker will guide you through top tips for:

  • Ending the cycle of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
  • Reminding yourself that you are worthy.
  • Believing in your abilities.
  • Finding your sense of belonging.

Places are limited, so make sure you book your spot!

Find out what else is happening during the Your Guide to Thrive campaign from Monday 14th - Friday 25th October 2024.
