Dr Ernesto Gallo (¹û¶³Ó°Ôº SSEES) presents this seminar focusing on changes in the state in Central Asia (especially, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan), in a world with new big players (China, India) and re-emerging ones (Russia, Iran), as part of ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº SSEES's Social Sciences Research Students seminar series.Â
Ernesto Gallo is an Affiliate Researcher at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº SSEES and researches the State in Central Asia with focus on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Since completing his PhD in Political Science: International Relations at the University of Turin, he has published on several International Politics issues, including in peer-reviewed journals, and has worked as a lecturer at KCL, Birkbeck, Brighton, Birmingham and Sussex Universities.Â
