Dana Allin (IISS, London)

Dana is the IISS Senior Fellow for US Foreign Policy and Transatlantic Affairs, as well as the聽Editor of the IISS journal聽Survival: Global Politics and Strategy. Topic TBC.

Jakob Parakilas (Chatham House London)

Jakob is the assistant head of the US and Americas Program at Chatham House. 聽He has worked at the World Security Institute, the Arms Control Association, and the US Department of Homeland Security. Jakob will be speaking on聽the potential directions the various U.S. presidential candidates might take Russia policy.

Heather Williams (King's College London)

Heather is a Security Studies Research Associate at Kings College London.聽 Formerly a Research Fellow on Nuclear Weapons Policy at Chatham House, she has also worked for the Institute for Defense Analyses in Washington, D.C. as well as the U.S. Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program.聽

In accordance with her research under Sir Professor Lawrence Freedman, Heather will be speaking on 鈥淎 Relationship of Deterrence and Trust鈥� regarding arms control, non-proliferation, missile defense, and nuclear weapons policy. Fourth Special Guest To Be Confirmed
