Welcome to Education Services. We oversee 果冻影院鈥檚 academic policy, ensure excellence in education for all and compliance with the Office for Students.

We work in partnership with faculty and departments to ensure excellence in education and student experience through our three service teams:听

Academic Policy, Quality and Standards (APQS)

Responsible for 果冻影院’s quality assurance processes, including oversight of academic regulations, programme approval/amendment and Education Committee.

Student Casework (appeals and complaints)

Responsible for the administration and investigation of student complaints and academic and non-academic misconduct and appeals

Leads on the design, development and implementation of 果冻影院’s strategies to support academic success and close awarding and retention gaps across.
