The Slade is extremely excited to announce that our graduating postgraduate students are to be offered the opportunity this year to apply to the Chadwell Award.  This annual competition for final year Fine Art postgraduates aims to provide a bridge between art school and professional practice by giving a recent graduate a free studio in Bow, East London for one year together with a bursary of £5000.  Different institutions are targeted each year and we are thrilled that our students will benefit from the opportunity to be considered in 2015. Matt Copson is the recipient of the inaugural Bloomberg New Contemporaries Studio Award for Graudate Artists, which will provide him with a rent-free studio for one year. The bursary is funded by Bloomberg New Contemporaries Supporters Club.
