Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC)鈥�

鈥婽he only chemical substance licence that is held by 果冻影院 rather than by听the specific department, is the licence to use Schedule 2 and 3听chemicals listed under the Chemical Weapons Convention.鈥�

果冻影院 is required to complete an annual return of quantities held and听specific details of these chemicals. This return is requested from the听departments every December.鈥�

If you need to apply for a licence the first step should be to contact 果冻影院 Safety Services.鈥�

鈥婽hey hold the administration rights to the licencing website on which 果冻影院 is already听registered as a legal body.听鈥�

鈥媁hen the licence requires a 鈥淔it and Proper鈥� person, a specific company听has to听carry out听the enhanced disclosure and barring checks (DBS) within the last 3 years. Further听information is held by Safety Services鈥�

鈥婣lthough 果冻影院 Safety Services administrate the use of licences of controlled chemicals for 果冻影院, it is the responsibility of the person using the chemical to ensure the risk听assessment听is suitable and sufficient and that the conditions of licences including that the听chemical, safe and securely stored are maintained.听鈥�

If you need to apply for a licence the first step should be to contact 果冻影院 Safety Services听to ensure that you are prepared to complete the application.

It will take a minimum of 6听weeks and involve a site听visit鈥�

鈥婽he licencing authority for explosive depends on where your site is for Bloomsbury听Campus it is Metropolitan Police Firearms Enquiry Team (FET).鈥�

鈥婽he application requires the following information鈥�:

1. 鈥�A risk assessment listing the hazards associated with the听particular believe听that the听licence will cover and the arrangements that he department will听be putting in place to听control those risks鈥�

2. The name, role and personal contact details of every person that will have access to听the explosive听鈥�
