START for carers of people with Parkinson's Disease Dementia, and Dementia with Lewy bodies
Researchers at the Dementia Research Centre (果冻影院) are working alongside the START team to adapt START for carers of people with Parkinson's Disease Dementia (PDD) and Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). START materials have been adapted and are freely available below. Researchers have delivered the modified version of START to ten carers in a pilot for PDD and DLB, with funding from the .
To deliver the START intervention, you will need:
The听鈥淔acilitator鈥� version听of the START manual, for healthcare professionals and support workers to use to deliver each of the eight sessions
The听鈥淐arer鈥� version听of the START manual, which is to be printed out and given to the carer to keep and annotate.
