My career in Cultural Psychiatry and Medical Anthropology is built upon and embodies core aspects of social justice in both academic and wider societal context. I am deeply aware of the fact that we do not start our life including our education on a level playing ground. This principle informs my work within ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº EDI, and in turn allows me to contribute toward its activities. EDI activities are thus expressed through my clinical, teaching, research, and policy contribution at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº as well as in society across cultures.
