Biography

I am an Associate Professor in Public Policy and currently serve as Director of Education for the Department of Political Science.

I study a range of issues falling within comparative politics, public听policy, and comparative political economy, where my focus is on听industrialised democracies.

Research

I am currently conducting research in three overlapping areas of study:听1) the politics of austerity and of fiscal policy more generally; 2) the听politics of economic inequality; and 3) political economy and the media.

Teaching

I currently co-teach the core 鈥業ntroduction to Politics鈥� module for听first-year Philosophy, Politics and Economics students.
