You may have seen media reports about a global IT outage that was affecting CloudStrike and Microsoft systems. The issue wasÌýcaused by a bug in a software update, and affectedÌýIT systems worldwide including transport systems and the NHS.Ìý

Some of our third-party suppliers were affected, which had an impact on systemsÌýincluding TalentLink, parcel tracking systems within Logistics, and the LogMeIn chat services. The Ridgemount NHS Practice had also been experiencing problems with its booking system.

We are pleased to report that this is no longer the case and all systems should be back up and running as usual.
