Automatic notifications for mandatory training

果冻影院 staff will now receive an automatic notification email seven days before their existing mandatory training certificates of completion expire.
When an existing certificate expires, staff will automatically be enrolled onto the training programme for any courses they need to retake. Once the training has been completed听a certificate will automatically be generated containing a new expiry date. Staff must complete the entire training programme (including the feedback section) before a new certificate can be generated.

Note: You can access the course content as much as needed, however, relaunching the course prior to the expiration of an existing certificate will not听generate a new certificate.
