Reminder: Application window closes soon for 果冻影院鈥檚 Voluntary Resignation Scheme

果冻影院鈥檚 temporary voluntary resignation scheme, which allows some staff to leave 果冻影院 of their own personal choice in return for a payment, will close on 15 January. After this date, applications will no longer be considered.
The application form is now available through听HR鈥檚 webpages. The scheme is open for听a limited time only听and no applications can be made after 15 January 2023. Applications will be considered together and approved or rejected after the closing date.鈥�
Additional tools are听available through the same pages. including guidance for managers to support staff in making decisions, a payment estimator, a process map and a template notification for absent staff. Please note that the payment estimator provides only an indication of the payment you might be eligible for should your application be approved. If your application is approved, you will be provided with a confirmed final calculation. 听
The guidance for managers includes advice on discussing the scheme with an employee, considering applications, making recommendations, communicating the final decision with applicants and supporting staff鈥檚 wellbeing.听We encourage all line managers to read in full before reviewing applications received and providing a recommendation.听
The HR pages also include details of the application and approval process, eligibility to apply and FAQs which address questions you may have including about access to your pension following resignation.听听听
Staff who may need pensions information are encouraged to request this from听pensions@ucl.ac.uk听and this should be done as soon as possible.听We have also set up a dedicated inbox to help answer any questions you may have at听HRvoluntaryresignation@ucl.ac.uk听and teams are also able to reach out to their听HR Business Partner听for a discussion around this.听
