Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs), Biometric Residence Cards (BRCs) and Frontier Worker Permits (FWPs) checks

Due to a , from 6 April 2022 all biometric card holders are only able evidence their right to work using the . You will no longer be able to accept physical cards for the purposes of a right to work check, even if it shows a later expiry date. They will be removed from Lists A and B of acceptable documents within the .

Right to work checks must be carried out in the before employment commences.Ìý
