果冻影院 announces new Vice-President (Strategy)

Paul Clark, currently Chief Executive of the Higher Education Statistics Agency, will join 果冻影院 as its first Vice-President (Strategy), it is announced today.

In this newly created role, Paul will build a team to work with departments and faculties to ensure that the university can realise its ambitions effectively and respond quickly to opportunities. He will work closely with 果冻影院 President & Provost Dr Michael Spence to develop and implement 果冻影院鈥檚 new five year strategic plan, beginning with a wide-ranging eight month consultation across 果冻影院鈥檚 community of staff, students, alumni and stakeholders. He will also lead the provision of robust analytics, data and insight to underpin planning and decision-making.

Paul joined HESA in 2015 and has led the Agency through a period of significant change, during which it became the first Designated Data Body for higher education in England, led the design and launched the Graduate Outcomes Survey replacing the DLHE, and brought the Data Futures project on track and continued to deliver it effectively. He was previously Director of Policy at Universities UK, overseeing higher education policy development, and has senior management experience in a number of universities, including the University of Oxford.

He will take up the role of Vice-President (Strategy) in spring 2022.
