2020-21 results and awards to be published from Thursday 8 July

On Thursday 8 July, you will receive your exams and assessments results by email to your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº email account if you undertook assessment in 2020-21.

Results emails will be sent out in batches throughout the day. Your email may arrive earlier or later than other students in your cohort as it is not possible to send a single communication to all 35,000 students receiving results this year. These emails can be viewed on mobile devices.Ìý

Results willÌýalsoÌýbe availableÌýinÌýPortico from 9 JulyÌýand confirmed inÌýaÌýStatement ofÌýAwardsÌýonÌýPortico from 12 July.Ìý

Note: A small number ofÌýpostgraduate taughtÌýstudents onÌýnon-standardÌýprogrammesÌý(e.g.ÌýLLM, PGCE)Ìýwill receiveÌýresults later. Departments will be advised to contact those students affected.ÌýÌý

DeferralsÌýfrom previous yearsÌý

Deferral or re-sit results for modules first attended in a previous academic year will be available for you to view on Portico the week after the results emailsÌýareÌýreleased.Ìý

Late Summer Assessment (LSA)Ìý

If you have failed or deferred exams or assessments for 2020–21Ìýmodules, this information will be detailed in your results email.ÌýTheÌýLSA examÌýperiodÌýwillÌýtake place from 16 August to 3 September for students that have deferred one or more of their assessments.ÌýÌý

If you are takingÌýcentrally managedÌýexamsÌýin the LSA period, you will receive your exam timetable by email onÌý19 July.Ìý

LSA will take place from 16 August to 3 September. Your timetable will be published on 19 July.Ìý

If you are submitting courseworkÌýor sittingÌýdepartmentally managedÌýassessmentsÌýin the LSA period, your department will let you know how and when you need to do this.Ìý

Certificate and transcriptsÌý

Your degree documents will be posted to your home address within three monthsÌýfrom the release of your resultsÌý–Ìýplease make sure that your home address details are up to dateÌýonÌý.Ìý
