Staff are invited to an event to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the community over the past year and half, and to mark the return of the remainder of staff to campus.

Note on access to the Main Quad during the event
Please note that access to the 果冻影院 Main Quad through the cloisters will be restricted during the event. This will not impact access to the Student Centre.听
Please enter the 果冻影院 Main Quad via the main Gower Street gates, where you can check in by scanning your 果冻影院 ID card. We ask that you exit the event via the North Cloisters, and then continuing through the Wilkins Terrace or towards Malet Place.听
On September 3, we鈥檇 like to offer an opportunity for a limited number of staff to get together in the Main Quad before the academic year starts to sample the offerings of our new caterers, hear from our student musicians and catch up with colleagues.
As always, the health and wellbeing of our staff are paramount. We will be taking every precaution to keep our community as safe as possible and minimise the risk to everyone onsite and follow official UK guidelines for the event.听
We appreciate this the event will take place during the summer break of what has been another difficult year, but we also know how busy many of you will be closer to the start of term.听We鈥檙e also conscious that not all staff will feel comfortable attending such an event and there is no expectation for anyone to attend.
If for any reason you aren鈥檛 able to join us this year, we hope that this will be the first of a series of opportunities to get together outside of our usual roles.听

Four main hour-long sessions 11.30am to 4.15pm and one session for the One 果冻影院 Awards 4.30-5.15pm听
果冻影院 Main Quad, 23-25 Gower Street
Alternative arrangements will be in place in case of bad weather but please do come prepared.听
How to book
Tickets are open to all staff via Eventbrite. Due to the limited availability you can only book one main session but are welcome to register for the One 果冻影院 Awards Ceremony at 4.30 in addition to this. Please do be aware that there will be others on campus during this time 鈥� be considerate of others and only stay for the sessions you have booked.听
Main sessions
果冻影院 Live Music and Jazz Society will be providing live music, directly from the Portico steps. There will be spaces to sit and catch up with colleagues and get to know new members of staff.
As part of the event, we will be providing a free lunch for every attendee who has booked a ticket. In line with 果冻影院鈥檚 Healthy and Sustainable food policy, our new catering supplier, Gather & Gather, will be providing vegan and vegetarian food options as well as an ice cream. Your Eventbrite registration will be your food ticket so don鈥檛 forget it!

One 果冻影院 Awards
Following the four main sessions, we are looking forward to recognising and celebrating some of our brilliant colleagues again in person.听
At the One 果冻影院 Ceremony on the Portico we鈥檒l hear about the colleagues from across 果冻影院 who have demonstrated outstanding performance in their roles and toast them with a small reception.听
Please note that you are able to register for the One 果冻影院 Awards ceremony addition to one of the sessions earlier in the day, though we only have a small number of tickets available to ensure that our shortlisted nominees are able to attend.听
