Stonewall is the leading Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) rights charity and its index ranks employers鈥� LGBTQ+ inclusive practice across all sectors.听

The Index is one of the best-practice frameworks we use to advance good practice within our community within the context of our legal obligations. Other tools used include听Athena SWAN Chartermark, Race Equality Chartermark; and the Disability Standard.

One part of the process is giving staff the opportunity to feedback views on 果冻影院, as an LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace directly to Stonewall.听

Professor Anthony Smith, 果冻影院 LGBTQ+ Equality Champion, said:

By participating in the index we can reflect upon the good work we have done and identify what else may need to be done. In one of the most diverse cities in the world, 果冻影院 is certainly well placed to be one of the leaders in LGBTQ+ equality 鈥� that is certainly our aim.鈥�听
