Natalie Conway appointed as Director of 果冻影院鈥檚 Professional Services (PS) Hub

Natalie joined 果冻影院 in July 2018 as the HR Services Director, having previously worked for Countrywide as Head of HR Services. She has been acting up into the PS Hub role since December 2018.
The PS Hub is a key initiative of the Transforming Our Professional Services (TOPS) programme, bringing together around 120 staff delivering a range of services across Human Resources, Finance, Communications and Marketing, Information Services Division, Estates, and Student and Registry Services.
Natalie told us: 鈥淭he overall vision behind us moving to the PS Hub is that by working more closely together we can improve service quality across the 果冻影院 community and support colleagues by providing aligned and customer-focused services from one location.
