The work is part of 鈥淭he West End Project鈥�, a project by Camden Council to improve roads, cycleways and pedestrian areas in the West End of London, including 果冻影院鈥檚 Bloomsbury campus.

The work outside the Cruciform Building will be the first stage of a project that will eventually see the pavement along all of Gower Street widened and cycleways created along Gower Street. When this work has been completed, Gower Street will become two-way. Work on this section is expected to 听for 4-6 weeks 鈥� staff should be aware, in the meantime, that there may be some noise and disturbance.

As part of the same project, the traffic along Tottenham Court Road is due to change to two-way over the Easter weekend 鈥� you should look both ways and take extra care when crossing.
