Take part in a survey about health behaviours and you could win 拢50 in vouchers

Resarchers听 from the 果冻影院 Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care are examining why people engage in activities that affect their health and are looking for participants to take part in their research.
If you are aged 18 and over and a UK resident, you are invited to complete a short survey听which covers smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, and fruit and vegetable consumption. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Participants have the chance to enter into a prize draw for a chance to win one of four 拢50 shopping vouchers.
