¹û¶³Ó°Ôº will be holding a total of 27 graduation ceremonies this year. There will be 10 ceremonies held from 4-6 July and from 29-30 August at the Royal Festival Hall. The other 17 ceremonies will take place from 31 August-8 September (weekdays only) in our purpose built venues in the grounds of Russell Square. A draft schedule of the 2017 ceremonies can be found on the .

If you wish to attend the ceremonies this year please complete the online form, which can be found on your . You will need your username and password to access Portico. Once you have opened your Portico homepage please click on the link to 'Graduation Ceremonies - staff application'.

The deadline to confirm your attendance and request academic dress (if required) is 4pm on Friday 9 June.

Professional services staff who would like to attend the Graduation Ceremonies should email Giovanna Amorosi via: grad_ceremonies@ucl.ac.uk to check availability for a seat in the auditorium. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
