Here is some feedback from users of the EAP services:

  • The service is excellent. True compassion by the staff, a fantastic service
  • I was at very low ebb when I contacted theÌýEAP for counselling for work-related stress. From the first session I found that my mood improved and the counsellor gave me the opportunity to work through my issues and [develop] skills to manage my depression.
  • All the staff were polite, understanding, caring and extremely helpful with their advice and very speedy with all their responses to my questions.
  • Fantastic support and excellent links for subsequent support at the darkest point in my career.
  • This service quite literally saved my life. I was at my lowest point and ready to end it and something made me text. Within minutes of my telephone counselling I had enough belief to continue fighting, me and my family owe this service everything.
