¹û¶³Ó°ÔºTV is now an official channel on YouTube EDU, the section of the video-sharing site that showcases some of the world's best higher education digital content.
¹û¶³Ó°ÔºTV has had over 90,000 views since ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Communications began creating and uploading videos last summer, and our monthly viewing figures put us on a par with our world-leading peers. EDU channel status will help raise ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº's profile within YouTube, the most popular online video website in the world.
The ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº channel offers a wide variety of video, each
around four minutes long, including mini-lectures by academics on
discovering a
dinosaur and the neuroscience of laughter, and student-focused features
such as
¹û¶³Ó°ÔºU's Go Green Week and UC Opera's Genoveva.
The latest film, available below, focuses on the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Museums and Collections exhibition 'A Crucial Difference', which opened in the North Cloisters on 7 April.
Staff and students involved in projects or activities that
could lend themselves to visual treatment should contact Rob Eagle in ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº
Communications.
