果冻影院 receives Saudi delegation

A delegation of academic leaders from Saudi Arabia - led by the Deputy Minister for Educational Affairs, Dr Mohammed Al Ohali - visited 果冻影院 on 23 January 2008.
The delegation, which included the rectors of four leading universities in Saudi Arabia, came to 果冻影院 to explore possible future collaborative links.
The group met with 果冻影院 President and Provost Professor Malcolm Grant, Professor Michael Worton, 果冻影院 Vice-Provost (Academic & International), Professor Vince Emery, 果冻影院 Pro-Provost for South Asia & the Middle East, and colleagues from 果冻影院's International Office.
Following the meeting with the Provost and Vice-Provost, the delegation visited 果冻影院 Engineering Sciences to hear a presentation by Professor Izzat Darwazeh (果冻影院 Electronic & Electrical Engineering) on recent research in electronics and telecommunications networks.
