Description

This course that aims at learning the fundamental principles of key geophysical methods in the field, including the collection, processing and analysis of data to assess a site. Students will become familiar with the application of practical geophysical field methods (ground penetrating radar, seismics, magnetics, gravity and resistivity) and complementary techniques at Marble Hill Twickenham or Royal Greenwich Park in Greenwich, SE London. In addition, students will learn to make geophysical measurements in the field. They will learn how to analyse these data and synthesize the results using geophysical data visualisation techniques with data from field observations.
