Information for 果冻影院 alumni and retired 果冻影院 staff on how to apply for library membership.
Alumni
Ex-students of 果冻影院 are entitled to re-join the library. Reference access is free of charge; a borrowing membership costs听拢50听per year.听
Borrowing membership does not听allow access to 果冻影院 electronic resources from outside the library.
A reference ticket allows browsing of our physical collections and use of our Explore Access points to access 果冻影院 electronic resources on-site, only.听
Please note: Former 果冻影院 students wishing to apply for Alumni membership need to ensure that the library account they used when a student is clear before their application is processed.
To apply
To apply for membership, applicants must complete the online registration form and attach:
- A passport style photo (colour, facing camera).
- A photo/scan of proof of home address (for instance, a valid driving license or recent utility bill).
- One of the following:
- A听photo/scan of expired 果冻影院 student ID card.
- A photo/scan of 果冻影院 degree certificate.
- A photo/scan of official 果冻影院 degree results transcript.

Retired 果冻影院 staff
Staff who retire from 果冻影院 service are entitled to free borrowing membership.
To apply
To apply for membership, applicants must complete the online registration form and attach:
- A passport style photo (colour, facing camera).
- A photo/scan of proof of home address (for instance, a valid driving license or recent utility bill).
- Evidence of 果冻影院 retired status (for instance, a letter from HR / the department confirming your retirement from 果冻影院).
Staff who are not retired
Former 果冻影院 staff who have not retired from service, are not entitled to free borrowing membership and are only entitled听to access in line with their current situation and status. Please see specific information for听qualifying criteria for external users.
