London Barrister and QC, and one of the devisees-in-trust and executors of his uncle by marriage Sir Rose Price (q.v.), who made claims for his estates in Jamaica but died 29/09/1834.  Younger son of Charles 2nd Earl Talbot (q.v.) and Frances or Francine Lambert (daughter of Charles Lambert of Beau Parc Meath). Rose Price had married a Miss Lambart of an Irish family in 1798, another daughter of Charles Lambert.

1. Born 31/05/1806, Charterhouse and Christ Church Oxford (BA 1827, MA). Barrister Middle Temple (called 1836).  Married 1830 to Hon. Caroline, daughter of James, 1st Baron Wharncliffe, Recorder of London. Attorney-General to Prince of Wales 1844-death, Recorder of Windsor 1836-death. QC 1843, Bencher of Middle Temple 1843-death. Deputy High Steward of Oxford University. Said to earn legal fees of £15,000 p.a.  Died 25/05/1852 at Brighton, of Great George Street and Middle Temple. Left £100,00 'within province' (PCC). Will of the Honourable John Chetwynd Talbot, barrister at law, one of Her Majesty's Counsel of Middle Temple Middlesex proved 24/06/1852.
