Biography

Owner of Peter's Valley in St George, Jamaica. Died in London in 1800.

  1. Will of David Laing of Harley Street proved 27/11/1800. In the will, which was an elaborate trust will for his wife and [unnamed] children, he said that the Peters' Valley coffee estate had been conveyed to him as purchaser, that it had been intended for his brother John Laing, to whom he had lent 拢5000, but that he now regarded the estate as his.
