果冻影院 Laws hosts Student Prizewinners Ceremony 2022

The successes of LLB, LLM, and PhD/MPhil students were celebrated at events held on 6 and 8 June.
Members from across the Faculty 鈥� including staff, students, and their guests听鈥� gathered together听to celebrate the achievements of students at the annual 果冻影院 Laws Prizewinners Ceremony. The event is one of the highlights of the 果冻影院 Laws calendar.
The first ceremony, on Monday 6 June, awarded prizes to 果冻影院 Laws鈥� postgraduate students (including LLM听and PhD); and the second ceremony, on Wednesday 8 June, awarded prizes to undergraduate students.
A number of awards were presented to students for听academic excellence, covering a range of legal fields and achievements. The event also recognised this year鈥檚 scholarship recipients, awarded on the basis of financial need and/or academic merit. The ceremony was followed by听a drinks reception, and provided an opportunity for the students to celebrate with friends and family.
Mateusz Slowik, LLM student and recipient of the 果冻影院 Laws Opportunity Scholarship, commented:
鈥淚 am grateful to 果冻影院 Laws for presenting me with the opportunity to study at 果冻影院 over the past year. It was an incredibly formative experience, both professionally and personally, and I couldn鈥檛 have asked for a better time. I have too many people to thank, but I want to thank each one of them for supporting and believing in me - thank you.鈥�
