has collaborated with Yale Law School to听transform听how they look听at English private law.
In the case study, Dr Prince Saprai (Associate Professor at 果冻影院 Laws)听descibes how the partnership听with colleagues at Yale Law School was formed; and how the collaboration has enabled them to look at private law in a more interdisciplinary way.
The collaboration with 听is ongoing, with听discussions about the possibility of organising a joint 果冻影院-Yale workshop on the philosophy of tort law currently taking place.
