¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Laws victorious in the XXIV Old Buildings ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº-KCL Inter-Varsity Moot 2019/20

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº final year LLB students Christopher Moss and Georgios-Nikiforos Dougenis have emerged victorious in the moot against students from King’s College London, held on Tuesday 10th December 2019

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Laws at the XXIV Old Buildings Inter-Varsity Moot

The ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº-KCL Inter-Varsity MootÌýis a highlight in the external mooting programme. This year, the teams were asked to prepare submissions on a problem regarding Quistclose trusts and the equitable rules of tracing and claiming. The moot was judged by barristers from XXIV Old Buildings.

Following strong performances from all participants, the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº team were announced the winners and Christopher Moss was named the best advocate of the evening by the judges. The ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº team were awarded the London Law Varsity Cup which will remain in Bentham House until the next ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº-KCL moot.Ìý
