Dr Barnali Choudhury, Senior Lecturer at 果冻影院 Faculty of Laws, has been cited in the聽Report of the United Nations聽Working Group on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises.

The Report, which will be presented to the United Nations General Assembly within about a聽week鈥檚 time, discusses聽remedies for rights holders who have suffered as a result of corporate actions.聽 Dr Choudhury鈥檚 article 鈥淪pinning straw into gold: incorporating the business and human rights agenda into international investment agreements鈥� (2017), is cited in the Report in support of the idea of聽including remedies for rights holders in the substance of international investment agreements.
