果冻影院 Faculty of Laws welcomes new academic colleagues

果冻影院 Laws is welcoming seven new members of staff for the start of the 2016/17 academic year

New Academics

听鈥撎Senior Lecturer, Constitutional and Institutional Law of the EU. Prior to joining 果冻影院 Laws, Oliver has been a Jean Monnet Fellow at the EUI; a JF Kennedy Memorial Fellow at the CES at Harvard; a LAPA Fellow at Princeton; and, in 2015-16, a Visiting Fellow at the BIICL.

听鈥撎Senior Lecturer, Legal Philosophy. Kevin joins 果冻影院 Laws from Indiana University and San Francisco State University. Kevin has also held visiting fellowships at University College, Oxford University, University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and University of Edinburgh.

听鈥 Lecturer, Unjust Enrichment and French law. Niamh previously lectured at Trinity College Dublin, where she received a Provost鈥檚 Teaching Award and co-founded the Private Law Discussion Group. She has been a visiting fellow at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg, the Institute of European and Comparative Law in Oxford, McGill University and the Cambridge Private Law Centre.

听鈥撎Lecturer, Medical Law and Ethics. Kate joins 果冻影院 Laws from University College, Oxford. She has also previously worked as a Stipendiary Lecturer in Law at Hertford College, Oxford, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Medical Law and Ethics at the Law Faculty in Oxford.

听鈥撎Lecturer, Conflict of Laws and Law of Tort. Uglijesa joins 果冻影院 Laws from University of Nottingham, and has previously taught at the London School of Economics and the University of Belgrade.

听鈥听Lecturer, Criminal Law. Mark joins 果冻影院 from the University of Liverpool, where he had been lecturing since 2013.

听鈥 Lecturer, Public Law. She was previously a tutor and ESRC Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, where she also co-founded and convened the Constitutional Law Discussion Group and acted as Associate Director for Research Engagement of the Edinburgh Centre for Constitutional Law.
