The 鈥渆cosystem theory of harm鈥� was a major focus of the CMA鈥檚 investigation of Microsoft/Activision, which has just been approved with revised undertakings. The EC recently blocked Bookings/eTraveli on 鈥渆cosystem鈥� grounds. And beyond mergers, new antitrust complaints (Amazon) have a strong 鈥渆cosystem鈥� flavour.听 How does one articulate such a theory, and what should be the standard of proof?听 What economic work do we need to make it more durable?听
