C茅line joined the State Silence Research Project (ERC funded) led by Dr. Danae Azaria in April 2021. As part of this project, she is pursuing a PhD on the non-appearance of states before international courts and tribunals. Her thesis aims to analyse how the non-participation of states is perceived by international courts and what consequences this conduct may have on their proceedings. 听听
