If you are planning to teach a large online class or host a meeting for more than 500 people, you may need a Zoom large meeting licence.
Changes to Zoom licensing for staff from 3 July 2024
From 3 July 2024 newly created Zoom accounts for staff will be听unlicenced听by default. Staff accounts that haven't hosted a meeting between January and 3 July 2024 will have been de-licensed. If you are unsure if you have a licence, you can use these instructions to check if your Zoom account is licensed.听
There are no changes to Zoom licences for students.

If you do need to request a Zoom large meeting license, please fill in the听.听You will need to provide the following information:
- date of your event
- email address for the event host (so that the license can be applied to their account)
- how many participants you are expecting
- whether it is a one-off or recurring event; and
- the end date for the last meeting if a recurring event.
