Connecting to the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº VPN with Android
This guide explains how to connect to the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Virtual Private Network (VPN) which gives access to a variety of ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº services and resources from outside of ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº.

Before you start...
- You must be aware of and abide by the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Computing Regulations
- You must be aware of and abide by the
- You need your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº user ID & password – found on the front of your registration slip
- An internet connection outside the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº network e.g. from home
- A Mac with anti-virus installed (see Anti-virus requirements)
Instructions
- Go to the Google Play store
- Search for "Cisco AnyConnect" and install
- Open the Cisco AnyConnect app
- Tap Connection on the AnyConnect home screen (Fig.1) followed by Add New VPN Connection

- With the ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº VPN now selected/ticked in Advanced Preferences (Fig.4), tap the back arrow button to return to the AnyConnect home screen

Username: your ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº user ID

- To disconnect from ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº's VPN, click the AnyConnect VPN switch to the off position (Fig.8)
