Material/Data Transfer Agreements

Material and Data transfer agreements are documents that describe and regulate the exchange of material or information with external parties (other academics, charities, companies, etc).ÌýThe material exchanged can be from and to ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº, including human or animal samples, chemicals, data, etc.
It is important to notice that if the outgoing exchangeÌýof material is with an external for-profit company, this needs to be regulated even more carefully to make sure you are
Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý1) allowed to publish your results,
Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý2) owe what you produce and
Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý3)
beingÌýrightfully compensated for your work.*
