Fan Yang听received his B.Eng. degree in communications engineering from the University of Shanghai for science and technology, China, in 2015, his M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from 果冻影院, UK, in 2016. Since 2017 he has been a research assistant in the University of Hong Kong for 1.5 years.
