Where a report is received by ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº through the Report and Support Tool, ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº will ordinarily only carry out an investigation or make a report of the complaint to an external third party with your consent. However, there are certain circumstances when ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº may need to investigate or make an external report even if you do not consent. Details of the most likely circumstances are set out below. TheÌýlist included in the link belowÌýis not intended to be exhaustive and the actions taken by ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº will depend on the specific circumstances of each case.
