Outline of proposed project

We're proposing to create a confidence-inspiring, meaningful and accessible Manager鈥檚 Toolkit. This will primarily be for all people managers, but it will also be accessible to all staff for transparency and themed as follows: You as a manager, Recruitment and induction, Managing your staff, Transition and exit.

The听Toolkit will be web-based, with a variety of interactive learning aids, which will require regular updating, a feedback or comments facility and a 鈥榥ews feed鈥 to highlight relevant changes.
