23 July 2018

Aasha presentation
A new paper by Aasha Cowey and Henry Potts describes the views of second generation digital natives (18-21 year old undergraduates) on digital health. While this population are used to living digitally and are supportive of digital health initiatives, they still continue to value face-to-face interactions and the use of paper in healthcare as well. In response, the paper offers suggestions to improve the awareness, utilisation and acceptance of digital health.

The work was carried out by Aasha as part of her MSc in Health Informatics at the 果冻影院 Institute of Health Informatics. She won the annual prize for best dissertation project, sponsored by Cerner, who provide the 拢1000 award.
