The Geography Department is involved in a number of initiatives to encourage students from a wider range of social and economic backgrounds to apply to ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº.

Many of these are coordinated through ¹û¶³Ó°Ôºâ€™s Widening Participation Unit.

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Geography staff are often happy to talk at school conferences or GA lectures. Please contact members of staff directly via their home pages or contact us at geog.office@ucl.ac.uk.

Our students also participate in the Geography Ambassadors Scheme run by the Royal Geographical Society with the Institute of British Geographers.
